Can you give me a better idea of what to expect?

While every retreat is a unique experience tailored to meet the needs of those attending, you can expect to encounter God in powerful, memorable ways and develop lasting relationships with kingdom family during the retreat.

How do I get retreat specific details?

Due to the intimate nature of our retreats, specific details are provided to attendees only. Details and updates will be sent via email in weeks prior and the week of the retreat.

Will I have my own room?

Yes. We intentionally select locations that offer privacy and allow our attendees to enjoy their stay in a single occupancy guest room or suite.

Will I have personal time?

Absolutely. While our retreats are not designed to be a vacation, every retreat offers unique opportunities for adventure, relaxation and reflection, and rest.

Can you accommodate specific dietary needs?

We are able to accommodate minor food sensitivities and vegetarian/vegan diets to a degree. Prior notification of any dietary needs in your registration is required, so we are aware. Attendees with severe dietary restrictions are welcome to bring their own food.

Is the retreat investment refundable?

Due to the highly personalized nature of each retreat, refunds are not able to be issued. All registrations are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances, including, but not limited to: weather, natural disaster, acts of terrorism, flight delays or cancellation, health conditions; medical, personal, family, work emergencies, or change of mind. Travel insurance is highly recommended, and should an attendee be unable to attend, we are glad to offer a credit toward a future retreat.

What if the retreat is canceled?

While the cancellation of our retreat is highly unlikely, should a retreat be canceled for reasons beyond our control, we will seek to reschedule the retreat for a later date. Attendees will have the option to transfer their registration to a future retreat if the newly proposed dates are not congruent with their schedule.

Are travel expenses included in the retreat cost?

No. Attendees are responsible for getting themselves to and from the retreat venue. However, we are able to help arrange a carpool pickup to and from the closest local airport from the retreat venue for any attendees that want to share a car expense.

We do not share any attendee details with third parties. Any personal information that you provide to us will be used only for the 2025 retreat season. This information is used only for registration purposes. This privacy policy does not cover any links within this site linking to other sites.
